Space Cave

Race yourself as you fly through the space cave. Avoid the perilous spikes as you take rest brakes on the towers of rocks saving your progress. Be careful! The thrusters very easily overheat. My best time is 00:34.29. Can you beat it?

Right arrow/ D - Right thruster

Left arrow/ W - Left Thruster

This was my first time working in 3D.  All the assets were made by myself in blender which was definitely fun to learn over 3 day. I got the sounds from Freesound. Overall, I'm pleased as working under such a short time limit in anew environment was very challenging and I produced a simple game that feels weirdly relaxing. I know that some areas lack polish such as the story (which is non-existent) and graphics. I think I'd definitely like to make more levels where I'd introduce more mechanics to actually present a challenge. I intended to include an online leaderboard but found myself struggling with time. Enjoy! :)
